Long Distance Relationship Advice?

Hi, my name is Kiki and I've been in a long distance relationship for almost a year now. My partner and I dated for almost 4 years before, but we broke up for two years, now we're back together. His family and friends don't know about me, although everyone in my family and all of my friends know about him. He's 19 and I'll be 19 in August. While he was at college this year we talked at least 5 hours a night. On weekends we talked for 10 hours a day. He's got free nights and weekends on his phone, which is how he's keeping me a secret. I'm lucky if we talk for a half an hour a night! I just don't know what to do. I'm at my wits end. Whenever I try to bring it up with him, he makes me feel guilty because he puts all the blame on himself, when it's not entirely his fault. The whole thing has gotten me so upset, and it doesn't get resolved. We act like it never happened and it tears me up. Any advice?
